A Couple of Odds and Ends
Sunday is a slow news day. I don't know if Ryan would approve, but a couple of things I thought I'd throw out there (H/T Michelle Malkin):
First, it's Thank-a-Soldier Week at Townhall.com. I can already picture the liberal comments to this, "Thank a soldier, bring them home." It's become so cliched that it need not even be said. But I digress. Go look at the site. You can leave messages of thanks, and you can give monetary donations. There are also video messages of thanks from celebrities.
Second, exercise your First Amendment right to free speech by sending a Christmas card to the ACLU. Kevin McCollough has organized a campaign to flood the offices of the ACLU with Christmas cards. He was thinking exactly what I was thinking:
